I have learnt many skills like perseverance, resilience, improving concentration, practising mindfulness and positive affirmations. I’ve also learnt lots of new information that I didn’t know before. I have learnt what to do when I am stressed to deal with it and calm down. It has really helped me taking time out to put things into perspective.
