What we do

Our remote learning courses can be completed in your own time and are fully supported, affordable and designed to engage and inspire participants whilst teaching an invaluable life skill.

Growing Minds incorporates mindfulness activities, stretching, self-massage, breathing techniques, affirmations and relaxation. Evidence shows that this can support our wellbeing, increase our attention spans and boost creativity.

 

Our individual sessions use teaching in the area of positive psychology which can support self-esteem and resilience to help approach new or tricky situations with increased confidence. Growing Minds with DofE is for everyone, you might want to develop self-confidence, self-awareness and understanding of how to be a successful team player and this course will see you taking away a knowledge of how to keep yourselves emotionally healthy with a variety of ‘tools’ at your disposal.

 

This remote access course will help you learn how the brain works and take part in activities to strengthen mental health and well-being. It will also help you to think about your strengths and how to use them as a valuable and confident member of a team.  It provides the building blocks for understanding and developing a growth mindset and will very much become what you make it.
