So how does it work?
Our wellbeing and mindfulness courses are available remotely so you can work from home at a time convenient to you. The sessions include videos to watch, things to think about and try out and sometimes things to make.
Your tutor is available to help you with any questions along the way. You might want to have a notebook and pens to jot down what you’ve been doing and any thoughts you might have, or you can use your laptop or tablet, the choice is yours!

Documents can be easily transferred to your account either on a browser or the app. Have a look at our online provision, download the “Spaces” app and request a login. Any queries just shout!

-
How do I sign up?Take a look at our courses and select the "Learn more" button. Join the course and set up a member account with your email and create a password. Alternatively send us a message and we will email you an information pack.
-
What are the payment options? You can either pay online via a credit or debit card. Alternatively you can make a BACS transfer. All the details will be provided at each step.
-
What do I do if I get stuck? You can message the team through the website/app straight from your account.
-
How long does each session take?Remember you need to spend at least a week on each session. In addition to following the instructions on the worksheet you’ll need to practice some of the exercises and techniques for a few minutes each day, and then you can record anything you notice in your journal.
-
What if I have exams or I’m on holiday and can’t complete a session?Don’t worry, the benefit of this remote course is that you can work at your own pace! This allows you to be as flexible as you need and take as much time as you need.
-
How is it assessed? We are Approved Activity Providers for the DofE so we are able to complete the assessment straight through the DofE portal. We’ll need some information (e.g. your DofE number) and then will send you an electronic copy of the assessment once it has been approved by the DofE.
-
Can I do one of your courses again?Yes! Many participants come back to revisit the skills and freshen up their practice. The benefit is there is always something new to reflect upon and grow. You can choose to extend your course as well, just let us know.
-
How can I give feedback? You can contact us any time and we always welcome reviews on our social media too!
-
Can I do this with a friend?Yes – it’s a great idea to buddy up with somebody. You will each enrol separately and will need to send your own journal for assessment but if you work at the same pace, there will be lots of opportunities to chat to each other throughout the week and to share your thoughts with each other. You could even do it with a group of friends (get in touch for discounts!).
