So how does it work?
Our wellbeing and mindfulness courses are available remotely so you can work from home at a time convenient to you, following the instructions on the worksheet which your tutor will email to you. These include videos to watch, things to think about and try out and sometimes things to make.
Your tutor is available to help you with any questions along the way. You will need a notebook and pens to jot down what you’ve been doing and any thoughts you might have.
You can also choose to make a journal on a computer programme (e.g. word) or even make a video diary! After completing each session, you simply email your tutor a copy of your journal.
Once this has been checked over, they will email you the next session. On completion of the course your tutor will complete the required online assessors report.
