The Silver Growing Minds programme offers a remote well-being experience, incorporating various activities aimed at enhancing mindfulness. These activities include mindfulness exercises, stretching, self-massage, breathing techniques, affirmations, and relaxation practices. Research indicates that engaging in such activities can effectively reduce stress and anxiety, improve attention span, and stimulate creativity among young individuals. Through this remote course, participants will gain insights into the workings of the brain and partake in activities designed to fortify mental health and overall well-being. This programme encourages the development of creative skills through activities like journaling, photography, and crafting.
